Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders placed via uk.mova.tech

We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If, within 30 days of receipt of your product, you are not totally satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return the products for a refund. Please note the return postage costs will be deducted from the refund value. This policy only applies to products purchased from uk.mova.tech directly. Once we have received and validated your return, we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 14 working days. 

Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
•    Reasonable care not taken: You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. 
•    Excessive returns: Multiple refund requests from the same customer that indicate abuse of the policy.
•    Violation of terms: If the product was misused or terms of service were violated.

Returning Parts/Accessories

Unwanted parts and/or accessories within 30 days of purchase should be returned at the Customers own expense to the below address:
