Refurbished Machine

Mova's official refurbished machines are second-hand Mova products that have undergone a strict refurbishment process. Before selling, we thoroughly refurbish, test, and evaluate each product to ensure it meets quality standards.
Each officially certified refurbished machine:
• Undergoes a complete functional test, replacing any defective modules during the test.
• Is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure its quality is consistent with the testing standards of new products
• Passes a final quality inspection, only after which it can be sold.
• There may be slight signs of use on the appearance, such as fine scratches, but they do not affect the normal use of the product.
• Repackaging (including product manuals, accessories, and add-ons, outer packaging boxes, etc.).

All Mova refurbished machines have undergone strict testing, ensuring quality comparable to new machines, and they are backed by the same quality guarantee as new machines.

In terms of function, the product operates in the same manner as a new product. Some refurbished machines may have fine scratches, but this does not affect product quality.

• MOVA certified refurbished devices have the same quality assurance as new devices in terms of functionality and quality.
• For return services, returns and exchanges are supported within a maximum of 30 days.
• For exchange services, only refurbished devices can be exchanged, and the appearance of the refurbished device should be close to that of a new device. Exchanges initiated due to appearance reasons are not supported.
• MOVA certified refurbished devices all come with a one-year free warranty, but do not cover the following situations:

A. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers

B. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage.

C. Products and accessories found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.

D. Products damaged due to improper dismantling by the customer or unauthorized third parties.

E. Products damaged due to force majeure, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, riots, labor disturbances, material shortages, nonperformance by subcontractors or suppliers, abnormal manufacturing conditions or costs, delays or failures of carriers or communications, fire, flood, storms, ice, snow, accident, war, explosion, accidents, epidemics, governmental orders or regulations or inability to secure any necessary governmental or other permits, court orders, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of us.

F. Product failure or damage subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or man-made causes (including but not limited to operation errors, liquid inlet, improper swap, scratch, bump during transportation or carrying, inappropriate voltage, etc).
